Marcin is originally from Poland and came to us with an ex-military background and license as an international driver. We would often find him at the operations desk giving guidance and support to the rest of our team; whether it was planning, taking booking or dealing customer enquiries. He now works as an Operations Manager, overseeing the collection of cargo and the delivery process.
