The aviation and logistics industry is the fastest form of moving cargo around the world. Under these high expectations Jordan always works towards delivering the best customer satisfaction and fluent cargo handling processes.
In the last three and a half years, Jordan has gone from an apprentice working in fleet maintenance, to a multi-talented warehouse team member. He specialises in security screening with an NXCT licence and ETD capabilities. He works at the intersection of government regulations, strict time-constraints and highly technical aviation and cargo demands.
Jordan’s regular daily duties include off-loading trucks and sea freight containers, security checks, cargo screenings, pallet build and breakdowns and general warehouse duties. Individual workers are nothing without the support of a strong team at Mixed Freight, which is why Jordan works closely with our operations team.
Jordan is continuously pushed to deliver high standards of competency, ability and work ethic, as he meets industry time constraints, checks for any damages and prohibited articles in cargo and processes sea freight containers. Unannounced inspections from the Civil Aviation Authority auditors can occur randomly, which Jordan has to remain prepared and vigilant for.
The aviation and logistics industry is the fastest form of moving cargo around the world. Under these high expectations Jordan always works towards delivering the best customer satisfaction and fluent cargo handling processes; from producing precise weights and measurements of cargo for airway bills, to communicating to our operations department any potential queries and cargo handling issues.
Jordan is an example of our young talent, whose contributions and skills allow us to deliver you the best results and customer satisfaction. His biggest reward at work is getting to see and work alongside his teammates every day, as he continues to develop and hone in on his methodologies and cross-department capabilities.
